What this site is. This is the personal website of Mykola Holovetskyi. Everything here is provided for information and inspiration, not as professional, legal, or financial advice. Views are mine alone and do not represent my employer or any organization I am affiliated with.

Use of content. The text, design, and imagery on this site belong to me unless noted otherwise. You may quote or share short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Please do not republish full pages, my photo, or my signature without asking first.

Code and open source. My open-source projects live on GitHub and are governed by the license attached to each repository, not by these terms.

External links. This site links to third-party services such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Amazon. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties. The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I make no guarantees and accept no liability for losses arising from its use.

Changes. I may update these terms at any time. The date above tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

The short version. This is a static personal site. There are no accounts, no forms, no ad trackers, and I do not sell or share personal data.

What I collect. Nothing directly. If you email me, I receive what you send, and I use it only to reply. My hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability; I do not use them to identify visitors.

Cookies. The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log requests under Google's privacy policy.

Third parties. Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Amazon, and similar services take you to platforms with their own privacy policies. What happens there is between you and them.

Your rights. If you have written to me and want your messages deleted, ask and I will delete them. For anything privacy-related, contact holovetskyimykola@gmail.com.

Changes. If my setup ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will change with it, along with the date above.
